This Policy applies to student-athletes (including minors under 18), parents and legal guardians, college coaches, and anyone else who accesses the Platform.

2. Important Notice for Minor Users

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian must complete registration on their behalf. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

For users ages 13–17, a parent or guardian must review and agree to this Policy before the student creates an account.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Student-athlete profile data: name, date of birth, graduation year, high school, position, stats, highlight video links, and photos
• Academic information: GPA and intended field of study
• Contact information: email address and phone number
• Parent/guardian name and contact information (for minor accounts)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Pages visited and how you interact with the Platform
• Cookies and similar tracking data (see Section 6)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your recruiting profile to verified college coaches
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send account-related communications and updates
• Improve the Platform's functionality and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects your rights.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Public profile: Your athlete profile (name, stats, videos, contact info) is visible publicly for recruiting purposes. This is a core function of the Platform. You control what's included in your profile.
• Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors — such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and analytics providers — under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the Platform.
• Business transfers: If go90.io is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new entity. We will notify you if this occurs.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how users interact with the Platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, and secure payment processing through Stripe. No platform can guarantee 100% security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
